When you buy pets ASPCA pet insurance BEWARE! They tell you that they will return 80% after the $100 deductible is met. When we spayed our cat, the bill was $420, including doctor visit an a yearly exam. That was in the coverage of the Advantage package. They return only $45! they did not say that the return amount has to meet reasonable charges from the vet of our area. When I asked what is “reasonable” for them the woman in customer service said that she didn’t have a chart in front of her.(!) BUYER BEWARE. THE 80% REFUND TURNS INTO WHAT THEY CONSIDER REASONABLE CHARGES!!!
